Es Tiempo de Inspirar

Después de haber aprendido a crecer, es tiempo de provocar crecimiento en los demás; eso es lo que aprenderemos en "Es tiempo de inspirar". Una vida plena no es solamente aquella que crece, sino aquella que ayuda a los demás a crecer. Nadie puede obligar a una persona a cambiar, tan solo podemos inspirarlos a hacerlo, así que -cómo ayudamos a los demás a crecer? Lo hacemos a través de inspirarlos a ser mejores, de inspirarlos a que alcancen todo lo que Dios tiene para ellos. Al final del día la grandeza de una vida no viene de la altura de sus logros, sino de la profundidad de sus huellas, por eso ¡Es tiempo de inspirar!

----- After we have learned how to grow, the next step is to promote growth in others. That's what we will learn in this book, It-s Time to Inspire. A fulfilled life is not a life that we create for ourselves; a fulfilled life comes by helping others grow. We can't force anybody to change we can only inspire them to change. So how do we do this? We do it by inspiring them to be better, by inspiring them to reach everything that God created them to achieve. At the end of the day, the greatness of a life doesn't come by the height of its achievements but rather by the deepness of its footprints. That's why It's Time to Inspire!

Carlos Gustavo Villacrés Lara nace en Guayaquil, Ecuador, en 1982. Luego de cursar su educación regular, ingresa al Seminario Bíblico Alianza en Ecuador donde, tras 4 años de estudio, obtiene el bachillerato en Teología. Más tarde viaja a Alemania para culminar sus estudios en Negocios Internacionales y Administración de Empresas, en la Universidad Georg Simon Fachhochschule, en Nuremberg, Alemania.

Desde su bautizo en agua, a los 9 años, su vida ha estado al servicio de Dios. Sus inicios fueron en el área musical, tocando el piano y siendo parte del coro de su iglesia, hasta llegar a ser ministro de alabanza. A la edad de 23 años comenzó una tarea que amó y por la cual se entregó a tiempo completo: pastorear jóvenes, labor que desempeñó hasta finales de 2008. En ese año fue ordenado pastor por la Iglesia Alianza Cristiana y Misionera del Ecuador.

En 2009, bajo la dirección de Dios, fundó junto a su esposa, Carla Magallanes, la iglesia Casa de Fe, que inició con la asistencia de 40 personas. En la actualidad, congrega a más de 7000 entre los dos campus online, vía a la Costa (Guayaquil) y Durán.

----- >Since his baptism in water at the age of nine, his life has been at the service of God. His beginnings were in the musical arena, playing the piano and being part of his church choir, until he became a worship minister. At the age of twenty-three, he began a task that he loved and for which he gave himself full time: pastoring youth, a task that he carried out until the end of 2008. That year, he was ordained to the pastorate of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Ecuador.

In 2009, under the direction of God, Carlos and his wife, Carla Magallanes, founded the Casa de Fe church, which began with the attendance of 40 people. Currently, it brings together more than 7,000 on its online campuses, via a la Costa (Guayaquil) and Durán.
