Ncube is a Professor in the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Cape Town, South Africa and holds a Research Chair in Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development, under the South African Research Chairs Initiative, which is funded by the Department of Science and Innovation and the National Research Foundation.
