Currently Vice Principal at a Sixth Form College, Chris has led one of the UK's first sector-wide strategic AI implementations, transforming back-office operations through bespoke, ethically designed AI agents. His leadership blends deep operational insight with a passion for innovation, digital strategy, and social mobility. Chris contributes nationally as a member of the AI in Education Strategic Committee and serves as Chair of the CFO/COO Panel. He is also actively involved with the Chiltern Learning Trust in developing national AI resources for schools and colleges on behalf of the Department for Education. A regular conference speaker and advocate for thoughtful, inclusive digital transformation, Chris brings a practical, people-first approach to the use of technology in education.
