Casebook Verfassungsrecht

For this new edition of the Casebook, numerous Senate and Chamber decisions made by the Federal Constitutional Court since 2020 have been meticulously reviewed and incorporated. Irrespective of this, additions and cuts were made at various points in order to keep the presentation informative and compact.
