Blissful Moment

This novel has a unique message for the African continent and the world beyond, concerning gender roles and xenophobia.
Phindile went against xenophobia and married a man from Gabon. Later in her relationship, she discovers the reality of their surname. Here begins the debate over empowering women, as they believe that men have failed dismally. They say that in everything men do, the aftermath will sooner affect women and children. This leads to an agreement that men should sit down and watch women play the game of politics. With their high confidence, the women are sure that they will do better than the men... but they too are full of naivety and hypocrisy, and they fail to define the current African problems. The men are told to relinquish politics because of their incompetence, and because they are accused of being the source of everyone's problems. But the men are only good at business, jumping to set a plan for the year 2063. But how can they achieve this plan for the year 2063 when they cannot tackle the issues of the present day?
In this message behind Blissful Moment, women should be bold in their relationships. Men often come with tendency to manipulate and dominate, feeling that everything should be done accordingly to their wishes. Xenophobia must be stopped, because we are one before God.
