Contested Sites in Jerusalem

This book, the second of a volume of three,originates from the work of the Jerusalem Old City Initiative, a major track two conflict resolution initiative aimed at helping to resolve the conflict over Jerusalem, arguably the key stumbling block to a lasting peace between Israel and its Arab neighbours.
The book includes contributions from leading international specialists on Jerusalem (individuals & institutions), as well leading academics and practitioners on security, governance, holy sites, archaeology, property and economic issues. It also includes key individuals in Israel and Palestine with strong links to their respective governments.

Tom Najem is Project Manager of the Jerusalem Old City Initiative and Professor in the Department of Political Science, University of Windsor, Canada.
Michael J. Molloy is Co-Director of the Jerusalem Old City Initiative and Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawäs Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, Canada.
Michael Bell is Co-Director of the Jerusalem Old City Initiative, Adjunct Professor at the University of Windsor, and Senior Fellow at the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, Canada.
John Bell is Co-Director of the Jerusalem Old City Initiative and Director of the Middle East and Mediterranean Programme at the Toledo International Center for Peace, Spain.
