Conversations on Creative Process, Methods, Research and Practice

Through interviews with practitioners and theorisation around the subject, this book provides insights into the experiences of women in academia who use their creative process(es) in a professional and personal context.

Christina Reading is an independent artist and writer who lives and works in Brighton. She studied at Central St Martins School of Institute of Art & Design, London, The University of the Creative Arts, Farnham, and The University of Brighton, UK. Jess Moriarty is a Principal Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Brighton, UK, where she leads the Creative Writing MA and is Co-director of the Centre for Arts and Wellbeing. Jess is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has published extensively on autoethnography and creative writing pedagogy.
