Dejon was born in California but raised in New York. He frequently travels to various states doing book signings at special events. Dejon currently has three urban fiction novels out that are very entertaining, and which also add a moralistic razor sharp edge at the end of each story. Dejon's hobbies includes participating in minor chess tournaments and collecting antique hand-carved chess pieces from different countries. He also loves caring for his pet fish.
