Umuduru Town, dominated and ruled by the malevolent forces known as the Leviathans, has entrenched itself within every facet of its society, including religious and commercial domains. The town must rise to reclaim its sovereignty and defend itself against the pervasive decay perpetuated by the Leviathans' activities.
However, a young boy has emerged, endowed with spiritual power and knowledge. Sponsored by revelational insights gained through a prophetic night vision, he has gained a profound understanding of the Leviathans' operations. Yet, the Leviathans wield dominance, influence, and authority, their numbers infiltrating nearly every aspect of Umuduru's systems and organizations. In contrast, Achebe, their primary opposition, remains but a young boy.
