What Life magazine termed the "most perfectly planned community in America" incorporated in 1969 to become the city of Northglenn. The neighborhoods built around schools, parks, churches, and businesses developed into a city that is continuing to change while embracing its history.
Elizabeth Moreland Candelario, a 19-year resident of Northglenn and member of the Northglenn Historic Preservation Commission, aims to show the city's journey through time.
