He also serves as an independent board director. KATE SMAJE is a Senior Partner at McKinsey and the firm's Global Leader for Technology and AI. She shapes McKinsey's innovation agenda in this area and advises CEOs and senior leaders on how to outperform by integrating technology and data with organizational, cultural, and change capabilities. ROB LEVIN is a Senior Partner and the North American leader of AI transformation at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey. He leads AI strategy and implementations with clients across industries, with a focus on healthcare and consumer. With: ALEX SINGLA is a Senior Partner at McKinsey and the Global Leader of QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey.
