Famke Termath studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Bonn und Wien. Ihre Erste Juristische Prüfung legte sie im Jahr 2020 vor dem Oberlandesgericht Köln ab. Von 2020 bis 2023 arbeitete sie als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Verfahrensrecht und Insolvenzrecht der Universität zu Köln (Prof. Dr. Thole). Seit Juni 2023 absolviert sie ihr Rechtsreferendariat beim Oberlandesgericht Köln.
