Nona waterige precipitatie synthese aluminiumoxide en zijn toepassing

In dit boek hebben we voor het eerst de bereiding van aluminiumoxidepoeder via een niet-waterig precipitatieproces voorgesteld, en het monodisperse ultrafijne aluminiumoxidepoeder verkregen. Het werd gebruikt om Al2O3@YAG: Ce core-shell gele fosfor voor witte LED-toepassing te bereiden. Eerst werd gebruik gemaakt van een azijnzuurneerslag en werd kristalneerslag verkregen, dat de basis vormde voor de bereiding van monodispers ultrafijn aluminiumoxidepoeder. Uiteindelijk verkregen we monodisperse Al2O3@YAG: Ce core-shell gele fosfor met hoge prestaties. Het mechanisme van deze processen werd ook geïllustreerd.
