Carlos y Ana se conocen durante un funeral y, a partir de ese momento, se sienten atraídos el uno por el otro, pese a que pertenecen a distintas clases sociales. Esto los llevará a vivir una trágica historia de amor. En esta novela se combinan la crónica con la leyenda; sin embargo, su mérito está en cómo destaca nuestro origen hispano, indígena, católico y, por tanto, mestizo.

Carlos and Ana meet at a funeral and, from that moment on, are drawn to each other, despite belonging to different social classes. This leads them to experience a tragic love story. This novel combines chronicle and legend; however, its merit lies in the way it highlights our Hispanic, Indigenous, Catholic, and, therefore, mixed-race origins.

Abogado, egresado de la Escuela Libre de Derecho. Ha ejercido como abogado postulante. Fue director jurídico y general adjunto de Grupo Industrial Trébol; y consejero y secretario de los consejos de, aproximadamente cincuenta empresas. Su ópera prima es Toma de Control.
