Aurora

The Russian cruiser Aurora, launched in 1900, fought in the Russo-Japanese War and is probably most famous for her role in the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917. This edition commemorates the 100th anniversary of that event and brings the history of the vessel up to date. The author has written five previous books on military and naval history and has lectured on both. His works include the biographies of four warships from the pre-dreadnought era. In addition, he has also published "The Military History of Fort MacArthur and Palos Verdes"
