Climate Adaptation Finance and Investment in California

The book will serve as a guide for local governments and private enterprises as they navigate the unchartered waters of investing in climate change adaptation and resilience. Not only does it identify potential funding sources but also presents a roadmap for asset management and public finance processes.

Jesse M. Keenan is a faculty member at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University where he researches and teaches courses in climate change adaptation and the built environment. Keenan concurrently serves as a Research Advisor for Climate Adaptation Finance to the Governor's Office of Planning and Research for the State of California and as a Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
