In this first of a series following each of the Mitford sisters through the investigation of a different murder, the real-life murder of Florence Nightingale's god-daughter brings together a nurserymaid called Louisa and the sixteen-year-old Nancy in the hunt for the culprit. "The Mitford Murders" has been optioned by Left Bank Pictures (producers of "The Crown").
