With major demonstrations against enforcement of the nation's immigration laws and protests turning violent against the very law enforcement establishments meant to safeguard our citizens, the government turns to Black Water to augment their forces. Those sanctuary cities where protesters of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, are putting ICE officers in physical danger, Black Water sends their people acting as US Marshal deputies to help control the crowds and enforce federal laws. One additional request from the federal government to Black Water is to eliminate the major source of funding for the anti-ICE protest taking place across the nation. As Jim Lashley works to develop a plan to safeguard the officers of Homeland Security and ICE, he also learns of a violent street gang known as the 18th Street Gang that is conducting major drug operations in MacArthur park. Using the latest in drone technology, he sets out to disrupt their operations as well as disrupting the protests. Using spotter drones to identify individuals by facial recognition and targeting them with drones capable of firing a shaped charge, Jim and his people attempt to disrupt a major drug operation and remove the one individual who has been funding the protests across the nation.
