Choreplay is a laugh‑out‑loud, gamified guide to recognize what you've got before you lose it all. It's about putting in the effort in small ways that yield big results, like bringing your wife her morning coffee in bed, learning the names of your children's doctors and what medicines they take, exercising, protecting your gains, doing what you want, and going the f*ck to bed! This manual is part advice, part memoir, and a lot of comedy. Most of all, it's a testament to love conquering all the petty, banal strife and turning those day‑to‑day moments into the very thing that saves a marriage. Guaranteed sex for life, but also self‑worth.
 
Many men give plenty, but it's wiser to give well—to our partners, our families, and ourselves. Jordan Carlos has mastered the art of choreplay, and you, my dude, can f*ck with it too.

Jordan Carlos is a stand up comedian and actor based in New York. He recently wrote for and starred in the first season of Phoebe Robinson’s “Everything’s Trash” (Freeform), and stars in the forthcoming animated series Motel Translyvania, coming to Netflix in Fall 2025. He is perhaps best known for his work as a writer and on-air contributor for The Nightly Show With Larry Wilmore, has written for Divorce (BET+) and "The White House Correspondents' Dinner" (2016) as well as "The Not The White House Correspondent's Dinner" with Samantha Bee (2017), and has appeared on Black Mirror, Nora From Queens, Party Down, Broad City, and The Colbert Report, among others. 
More recently, Jordan has starred in the Emmy-nominated episode of “The Conversation Project” on Hulu, and in Mary Dauterman’s debut feature, “Booger”.  He also features in “After This Death” (Lucio Castro) opposite Lee Pace and Gwendoline Christie, as well as in the short film “Knead” by Timothy Michael Cooper (Indy Shorts, HollyShorts, Croatian International Film Festival). On his new short-form series called “Elevated Moments” for AMC+, he digs into insightful, entertaining conversations about iconic movies with his charismatic, equally-film-loving guests. 
Jordan lives in Brooklyn with his wife and children, and Choreplay is his first book.
