Sternberg tells the story of 8-year-old Eleanor, whose beloved babysitter, Bibi, must move away to care for her ailing father. Lyrically written in a poetic style, this story follows Eleanor as she tries to bear the summer without Bibi. Illustrations.

Julie Sternberg, formerly a lawyer for the ACLU, received her MFA from The New School. She is the author of Like Pickle Juice on a Cookie, Like Bug Juice on a Burger, and Like Carrot Juice on a Cupcake. She lives in New York City.
