Portrait

Nobuko Kitasaka has made Seoul, South Korea her home for over a decade. While living there, she has immersed herself in the pursuit of mastering traditional Korean home style recipes. Taking to heart the Korean philosophy of "eating what's good for the body," she continues to deepen her knowledge of local ingredients and cooking methods. She hosts cooking classes and seminars in her home, where she conveys the charm of Korean cuisine--which is spicy, but also delicate and bold--while teaching the art of creating beautiful table settings. Kitasaka has authored three Korean cookbooks.
