Combining architectural history with human interest, explore 41 of the nearly 80 Frank Lloyd Wright-designed sites all within four hours of Chicago. Organized by region and covering sites built from 1889 to 1959, learn about each site's history, from its ownership and commission, to how materials were selected and the natural landscape were used. Frank Lloyd Wright's Illinois is the perfect travel guide for Wright fans visiting Illinois, looking for a self-guided tour, or for those wanting to learn more from the comfort of their own home.
