For 400 years magic was fading. Two extraordinary twins have changed everything. Now magic is back, but not everyone is using it for good . . . Discover the extraordinary world of Artezans, by acclaimed middle-grade author, L.D. Lapinski. Twins Elodie and Edward Crane are Artezans, inheritors of strange and powerful magic. After surviving an epic battle with The Sandman, and a shipwreck on a mysterious island, they are now in search of Last Spellbreaker to try and undo some of the chaos that the newly strong magic has created. But the twins are separated in two different worlds. And both are in danger. With dark forces only steps behind them, can Ed and Elodie use their newfound powers to protect each other and stay alive? Praise for the Artezans series:
'A stupendous, witty, humane fantasy. . . an inventive, compelling world and characters I would die for. LD Lapinski is a genius!' Louie Stowell, author of 'Loki: A Bad God's Guide' series
L.D. Lapinski lives in the Scottish Highlands with their family, a lot of books, and a cat called Hector. They are the author of The Strangeworlds Travel Agency and Artezans trilogies, the standalone novel Jamie, The Biggest Christmas Secret Ever and Stepfather Christmas. They have also written for BBC's Doctor Who books, and write stories for grown-ups as Lucy Lapinska. L.D. collects tattoos and Sanrio merch, enjoys watching the wildlife from their office window, and when they grow up would like to be a free-range guinea pig farmer.
