Portrait

Dr Laszlo Penzes is a trained emergency nurse, researcher, former lecturer, and public and motivational speaker, with a doctorate in Health Sciences, working as senior education manager at one of the largest ambulance service trusts in Southern England. Research interests include emergency medicine, end-of-life care, emotional intelligence, psychology, and human factors in communication and learning.
