Leadership and Governance in Primary Healthcare

This guide has been developed through collaborative efforts envisioned to respond to the needs of improving good governance practices at the primary health care level in the Tanzanian health care system.

Dr. Mackfallen G. Anasel is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Health Systems Management, School of Public Administration and Management at Mzumbe University. Dr Ntuli A. Kapologwe has served as District Medical Officer -Bahi, and Regional Medical officer -Shinyanga. Since January 2017 to date, he served as Director of Health, Social Welfare and Nutrition Services at the President's Office - Regional Administration and Local Government Authorities. Dr. Albino Kalolo is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine at St. Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences, Ifakara, Tanzania
