Lukas Brauer studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität zu Hannover. Seit 2017 promovierte er bei Prof. Dr. Roland Schwarze am Lehrstuhl für Zivilrecht, Arbeitsrecht und Zivilprozessrecht der Leibniz Universität in Hannover und war dort als Mitarbeiter tätig. Lukas Brauer absolvierte sein Referendariat am Oberlandesgericht Celle unter anderem mit Stationen beim Deutschen Gewerkschaftsbund und in einer Fachanwaltskanzlei für Arbeitsrecht. Seit September 2023 ist er als Rechtsanwalt mit dem Schwerpunkt in der Beratung von Arbeitnehmern und Betriebsräten tätig.
