The narrator, just out of childhood, lives in a small village with his parents, who work in the house of a well-to-do family. Miquel Martín i Serra nació en Begur (Girona) en 1969. Es escritor y licenciado en filosofía. Ha publicado cinco novelas, libros de relatos y de leyendas, así como ensayos sobre literatura. Su última obra, con la colaboración de Montserrat Verdaguer, es 'Fragmentos de inexistencia. Una biografía de Tom Sharpe' (Anagrama, 2023).
