Astrological detective David Lowell must use charts and knowledge to solve the murder of a Manhattan judge in a parking garage. At the urging of his daughter Melinda, Lowell tries to prove the innocence of Johnny Colbert, a loud-mouthed bartender wrongly accused of the crime.
