Nico Querbach studierte von 2015 bis 2020 Rechtswissenschaft an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Sein Schwerpunktbereichsstudium absolvierte er im Arbeitsrecht. Im Anschluss an seine Erste Juristische Prüfung promovierte er an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Parallel arbeitete er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in einer auf Arbeitsrecht spezialisierten Kanzlei in Düsseldorf. Seit Oktober 2023 ist der Autor Rechtsreferendar im Landgerichtsbezirk Düsseldorf.
