Dr. Ntsikelelo Dubeni is a theologian, Christian counsellor, master coach, and trauma-informed psychotherapist whose life's mission is to bring healing, clarity, and strategic renewal to leaders across the world. With a Doctorate in Theology and formal training in psychotherapy and coaching, Dr. Dubeni combines biblical wisdom with clinical insight to guide wounded hearts and weary minds toward full restoration.
He is an ICR International Coach Practitioner, a certified Christian counsellor, and a master coach with decades of experience working with pastors, professionals, and families across South Africa and abroad. His background also includes expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), leadership mentoring, crisis intervention, and trauma recovery.
A prolific author and thought leader, Dr. Dubeni is the founder of several coaching and leadership initiatives focused on spiritual intelligence, ethical leadership, and emotional wellness.
