Sino-Italian Political and Economic Relations

This book presents a comprehensive narrative and historical analysis of the political and economic relations between China and Italy from the Treaty of Friendship and Commerce signed in October 1866 to the Second World War.

Orazio Coco lectures on international relations and European studies in the Department of History of the Hong Kong Baptist University. He received his Ph.D. in History of Europe from the Sapienza University of Rome (cum laude). His main research interests focus on Sino-European relations and international political history.
