Paul later entered the real estate sector, where he flipped over 60 homes and 25 high-end waterfront lots, rehabbed and managed rental properties, built a number of new homes, developed a subdivision, and created two successful online real estate marketing firms. After a careful analysis of historical commercial risks and returns, Paul and his company, Wellings Capital, narrowed their focus to recession-resistant asset classes like multifamily, self-storage, and mobile home parks. Their multi-generational wealth engine has opened the door for passive investors to enjoy the unique safety, tax advantages, and profitability of these commercial asset classes.
