Nurse Florence Shaw is worried about her patient, elderly widow Nora Selleck, who seems increasingly confused. When Florence visits Nora's house she's surprised when she encounters Ben Evans, a mysterious young stranger who's befriended Nora. Florence doesn't trust him, but no one else shares her concern.
