A gripping book in which fictional characters and real people (cyclists and other well-known figures of the era) blend naturally into the plot, walking that fine line between reality and fiction.

Ricardo 'Ritxar' Gómez comienza su trayectoria artística en el mundo de la música. En 1994 forma parte de la banda ordiziarra Anímese Martínez. Tras grabar su primer disco en 1996 crea, junto a Mikel Aizpurua, Elurretan. Cuatro discos y dos EPs después pasa a Nahiadance, y de ahí a Ciclos Iturgaiz, donde su trabajo como letrista cobra especial peso. La banda vive algo parecido al éxito a base de temas rebosantes de tecno chungo, humor negro, vitriolo, vacile y lija social. En 2016 los tres minutos de las canciones se le quedan cortos para las historias que quiere contar. Desde entonces ha publicado cinco novelas: Gooolpe de vista, El fin justifica los miedos, Bicis, drogas, oficinas, Patria, la buena y este libro que tienes entre manos. Todas ellas tienen en común ser ficciones apuntaladas en la realidad cercana y contar con generosas dosis de crítica social y humor cáustico.
