The author therefore concludes by calling for repressive youth media protection to remain in ministerial autonomy.
Sascha Wolf studierte Rechtswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Internationales und Europäisches Recht in Konstanz. Nach dem ersten Staatsexamen arbeitete er von 2018 bis 2023 als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Kunst- und Kulturverwaltungsrecht von Prof. Dr. Schönberger an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte lagen dabei im Kulturverwaltungsrecht, im Jugendmedienschutzrecht und im Staatsorganisationsrecht. Von 2023 bis 2025 absolvierte er sein Referendariat in Düsseldorf und legte sein zweites Staatsexamen ab. Seitdem ist er in Düsseldorf als Anwalt im Medien- und Presserecht tätig.
