Dr. Ntsikelelo Benjamin Breakfast is Acting Head of Department of History and Political Studies Nelson Mandela University. He has published locally and internationally in accredited journals. He is also the Acting Director of Center for Security, Peace and Conflict Resolution.
Prof. Efem Nkam Ubi is the Director of Studies at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA) in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also a Reader (adjunct) at Elizade University, Ondo State, and also a Non-Resident Fellow at the Institute of African Studies (IASZNU), Jihnhua, China. He has published several articles in well-referenced journals.
