Scarred Heart

Once upon a time, in a small quiet village, lived a girl named Elizabeth, raised on hard work and warm laughter. But a shadow fell across her life when her beloved father passed away. The heartbreaking loss changed the course of her world. And though grief had barely settled, a quiet illness soon found its way to her mother's door. Overwhelmed by mounting fears for her mother's well-being and the uncertain future, Elizabeth was left with no choice but to trade dreams for duty.
