En una ranchería aislada en la sierra, rodeado de miseria y supersticiones, nace Azul, un niño con la habilidad de escuchar la otra voz de las personas, es decir, de conectar con su alma.Azul crece aislado y temeroso del mundo, hasta el día en que se ve forzado a alejarse de lo único que le importa; su hermano Nicolás. Mucho tiempo después, cansado de vivir con la culpa y el miedo de una amenaza incierta, Azul decide regresar para enfrentar un destino que casi con seguridad lo llevará a la muerte. Rodeado de fantasmas y misterio, Azul buscará la redención sin importar el precio. Zaida Ríos (noviembre de 1981), nació en Guadalajara, Jalisco, pero creció en el desierto de Baja California Sur, donde radica actualmente. Estudió la carrera de Ciencias y Técnicas de la Comunicación en la Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) y es autora de la novela Mercado de Carne (2023). Apasionada de la literatura y narradora por vocación, le fascinan las historias oscuras, llenas de magia y monstruos, con héroes atormentados y protagonistas femeninas poderosas.
