Beschreibung

The right words at the right time will change your life  In an increasingly complex and rapidly changing world, this book offers 42 timeless phrases from philosophy that bring clarity, understanding, and guidance into our lives, enriched by insights from modern neuroscience. Internationally renowned pioneering thinker and cognitive scientist Benjamin Bargetzi explores why these phrases resonate so deeply within us and how they can transform the way we think, feel, and live. He introduces readers to some of the most fascinating theories in neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy to help answer questions as old as humanity itself: What causes our suffering? How can we achieve mental sovereignty? And what does it mean to live a life of purpose? These 42 insights take readers on a journey of discovery from the profound wisdom of philosophy to the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, to a place where science and personal experience come together to inspire and transform.  'The End of Emptiness' is more than a book - it is a dialogue with ourselves.'
