David Buckmaster is a corporate compensation expert. He has led teams responsible for compensation design and equitable pay practices at companies all over the world, including Nike, Starbucks, KFC, and Pizza Hut. A graduate of the University of Florida, he was shortlisted in 2018 for the Financial Times and McKinsey & Company Bracken Bower Prize, given to emerging business writers under the age of thirty-five.
