Yuting Cui obtained her PhD from the Institute of Vocational and Adult Education at Beijing Normal University in 2023. She currently works at Beijing Institute of Education, where she researches teacher and principal training. Dr. Cui has served as a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and is a Secretariat member of the Education Management Branch at the Chinese Society of Education.
