The Revelation of Saint John the Divine / 성 요한 더 디바인의 계시

1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;
1:12 말씀하신 음성을 보려고 돌아섰습니다 . 그리고 돌아서서 일곱 개의 금촛대를 보았습니다.
1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
1:13 일곱 촛대 가운데에는 인자와 같은 이가 있는데, 발까지 내려오는 옷을 입고 가슴 에는 금띠를 띠고 있었습니다.
1:14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
1:14 그의 머리와 털은 양털같이 희고 눈같이 희었으며 그의 눈은 불꽃같았고
1:15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
1:15 그의 발은 용광로에서 불태운 것 같은 빛나는 놋쇠 같았고 그의 음성은 많은 물소리와 같았습니다.
1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
1:16 그의 오른손에는 일곱 별이 있었고 그의 입에서는 날카로운 양날 칼이 나왔으며 그의 얼굴은 해가 힘차게 비치는 것 같았습니다.
1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
1:17 내가 그를 보고 죽은 자와 같이 그의 발 앞에 엎드렸다. 그가 오른손을 내게 얹고 이르시되, 두려워 말라. 나는 처음이요 마지막이니라.
1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
1:18 살아 있는 자라 내가 죽었었노라 보라 영원토록 살아 있노라 아멘 지옥과 사망의 열쇠를 가지고 있노라
