Lernen in Gruppen - Die Effektivität des kooperativen Lernens

Lernen in Gruppen ist ein Themengebiet, das seit Beginn der 70er Jahre intensiv erforscht wird. Die Effektivität des kooperativen Lernens steht hierbei im Mittelpunkt. Trotz zahlreicher Untersuchungen gibt es noch einiges tun, um für Leistungseffekte unterschiedlicher kooperativer Lernmethoden sinnvolle Erklärungen festzustellen. Jedoch ist es erwiesen, dass kooperative Lernmethoden mit höchster Wahrscheinlichkeit mehr Lerneffektivität erreichen als individuelle Lernmethoden.
Die Effektivität kann durch unterschiedliche Methoden des kooperativen Lernens erreicht werden. Aus diesem Grund wächst derzeit das Interesse an verschiedenen Formen und Varianten des effektiven Lernens. Ausgangspunkt dieser Entwicklung sind vor allem Ansätze und Überlegungen, wonach die soziale Umwelt der Lernenden von den Inhalten und Vorgängen des Lernens kaum zu trennen ist.
