Randy Gerber is the founder and advisor of Gerber, LLC., a professional services firm focused solely on improving the business and overall happiness of first-generation entrepreneurs. Gerber, LLC helps their clients integrate, grow their businesses with purpose, and achieve their life, business and financial goals.
Randy is also the founder and advisor of The Emerging Entrepreneur Experience(TM), a program focused on helping business owners generating less than $2 million in business revenue get on track, stay focused and attain results.
Randy was inspired to write The Integrated Entrepreneur after experiencing how integration and planned experience sharing impacted his own personal and business life. Along with Gerber LLC and the Emerging Entrepreneur Experience(TM), The Integrated Entrepreneur contributes to a supportive ecosystem for other first-generation entrepreneurs.
Randy is a graduate of The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. He has volunteered at the Childhood League Center, American Heart Association and is an active supporter of Mid-Ohio Foodbank and Festa. In addition, Randy has been an extremely active member and leader of the Columbus Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization, including serving as a board member six times since 2000.
Randy credits much of his company's success to their customized, holistic approach to professional services. He and his team help clients take care of the details and align their business and personal lives, enabling the business owner to focus on growth with purpose-a process that betters themselves, their families, their employees, and, ultimately, the community. He lives in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife, Emily, their three children, Zoe, Nikko and George, and their family dog, Edward.
