All eyes are on you. The pressure to win championships and produce results has never been more intense. How you lead will determine both the success of your team and the wellbeing of those you lead. Competitive Kindness is the leadership ethos where teams win championships because every individual is valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Don't mistake kindness for being soft. You have the choice-will you lead with Competitive Kindness or Competitive Cruelty? There are significant ramifications for your choice on you and those you lead. In this book, you will learn the internal and external characteristics that are foundational to Competitive Kindness. You will be introduced to neuroscience, research, and real-life examples of how leadership impacts mind, body, and organizational effectiveness. You will also learn specific strategies to implement Competitive Kindness in your life and team. It's time to step up with Competitive Kindness and lead the right way!
