Nanofluids provides insight to the mathematical, numerical, and experimental methodologies of the industrial application of nanofluids. It covers the fundamentals and applications of nanofluids in heat and mass transfer. Thoroughly covering the thermo-physical and optical properties of nanofluids in various operations, the book highlights the necessary parameters for enhancing their performance. It discusses the application of nanofluids in solar panels, car radiators, boiling operations, and CO2 absorption and regeneration. The book also considers the numeric approach for heat and mass transfer and applications, in addition to the challenges of nanofluids in industrial processes. Prof. Shriram S Sonawane is a Professor of Chemical Engineering at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology [VNIT], Nagpur. Dr. Sonawane's research area includes a) Polymer Nano-composites b) Nanofluids c) Nano-Separation Technology d) Process Modelling and Simulation. He has 9 patents to his credit. Dr Sonawane was recognized amongst 2% of scientists declared by AD scientific rankings. He has published more than 150 research papers in various national and international journals of repute. He was also nominated for the prestigious "Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar Award". He has edited many books and published more than 50 book chapters in various reputed publisher's books. He was a Guest Editor for Sustainable Energy Technologies and Assessment. He is the "Executive Guest Editor" of the Current Pharmaceutical Bio-Technology Journal. He is also serving in the Editorial body of "Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment." He also served in the Editorial body of "World Research Journal." He has received more than 4700 citations. He has also presented more than 150 research papers at various national and International conferences. Dr. Parag P. Thakur is an assistant professor at SVNIT, Surat. He previously served as an ad-hoc faculty at NIT, Warangal. He completed his Ph.D. from VNIT, Nagpur (INDIA). He has received an invitation to conduct the Postdoc research from Chonnam National University, South Korea. His research areas are Nanofluids, micro-fluids, nanocomposites and modeling and simulation. He has published 15 research articles in reputed journals and received more than 400 citations for his research. He has published 36 book chapters. He published 3 patents, attended more than 50 international conferences all around India and received the best presentation award at various international conferences. He is the reviewer of various journals like the Journal of Mass and Heat Transfer and Separation Science and Technology.
