Portrait

Sumi Ingerson is a lecturer at the Adelaide University - formerly known as the University of South Australia Business School. Passionate about innovative teaching, she received the 2019 Dr Ian Whyte Award for excellence in teaching and learning. A former academic director, she has led curriculum development and accreditation, shaping programmes that align industry needs with academic standards. Her work explores consumer behaviour in hospitality settings, events and tourism. Beni Halvorsen is an award-winning researcher and teacher, published in top journals such as The International Journal of Human Resource Management, and serves as Diversity Council Australia's expert on migrants. He specialises in diversity, HR, employee turnover and retention, and healthcare. A quantitatively trained academic and consultant, he has presented his research at the Academy of Management, and the British Academy of Management, helping organisations attract and retain their talent John Hatzinikolakis is a senior lecturer at Adelaide University (School of Management, College of Business and Law) - formerly known as the University of South Australia Business School. Prior to this, he was a senior manager in the South Australian hospitality industry. John has also consulted on business strategy, management, and higher education development in Japan and Australia. He has been awarded the Business School Top Mid-Career Teacher Award, and four Teaching and Learning Excellence Commendation Awards. Brad Nikolic is an accomplished academic and business professional with extensive international experience having worked across Australia, Germany and Singapore. His expertise lies in organisational behaviour, leadership and strategic management. As a business strategist, business transformation advisor and organisational culture consultant, he has a successful track record in shaping high-performance environments. Brad's exceptional career covers multiple industries, where he has excelled as an operations leader and business development specialist.
