He has been awarded the Business School Top Mid-Career Teacher Award, and four Teaching and Learning Excellence Commendation Awards. Brad Nikolic is an accomplished academic and business professional with extensive international experience having worked across Australia, Germany and Singapore. His expertise lies in organisational behaviour, leadership and strategic management. As a business strategist, business transformation advisor and organisational culture consultant, he has a successful track record in shaping high-performance environments.
