Professor Xiaoguang Zhang is based at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. Professor Zhang has been an IEEE member since 2000. He is also a member of various Chinese professional organizations, such as the Chinese Optics Society, senior member of the China Institute of Communications and senior member of China Institute of Electronics.Professor Lixia Xi is based at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. Professor Xi's research interests include polarization effects in fibres, high speed optical fibre communication systems, physical impairments mitigation or equalization techniques, optical sensors.Dr Nan Cui is an associate researcher at the School of Electric Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China. Her research focuses mainly on optical fibre communication, polarization effect, and digital signal processing. She has been co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers.Dr Hu Zhang is Associate Professor at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. Dr Zhang's research focuses mainly on special optical fibre, fibre devices, and space division multiplexing technology. He has been granted 4 patents and co-authored more than 70 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers.Associate Professor Xiaosheng Xiao is based at the State Key Laboratory of Information Photonics and Optical Communications, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China.
