Beschreibung

Akademische Arbeit aus dem Fachbereich Informatik - IT-Security, Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: This paper aims to examine, analyze and apply the ethical theories and the BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) Code of Professional Conduct to solve ethical related issues in the practice of engineering.
A standard exists in each engineering company that all the members should comply with, commit and apply. In general, no specific right or wrong option exists for each ethical circumstance, therefore engineers need to provide guidelines, frameworks, or reference in order to comprehend their duties. These principles are structured into a defined set of codes known as the Code of Conduct. In line with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and the highest standards of ethics and values, the Code of Conduct is intended by the complete person. It gives a framework for an ethical assessment of the worker and outlines the rights, duties, and obligations of members. For companies, shareholders, and other stakeholders, the topics covered in this code are of paramount importance. This Code shall enter into force as soon as possible. It shall be the obligation of all members to obey the terms of this code in spirit and in writing by a corporation or an organization practicing the Code of Conduct. To this day, many businesses use the Code of Conduct in Malaysia and the Malaysia engineering board more in context (BEM).

Portrait

My name is Bandar Naji Ali Hezam, and I am from Yemen. Growing up, I was always interested in technology and how things worked. However, my parents did not have any background in engineering, so it was up to me to explore this interest on my own.
After completing my secondary education in Yemen, I decided to pursue a degree in mechatronics engineering at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation. I was attracted to this field because it combines mechanical, electronic, and computer engineering, and I knew that it would provide me with a solid foundation in a wide range of technical skills.
Studying at Asia Pacific University was an enriching experience. I met people from all over the world, and I was exposed to new ideas and ways of thinking. The program was challenging, but I enjoyed every moment of it. I learned about the principles of mechanics, electronics, and computing, and how they all come together to create complex systems.
After graduating with my degree, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration at University of Cyberjaya. I wanted to expand my knowledge beyond the technical aspects of engineering and learn more about business and management. The program was rigorous, but it gave me a deep understanding of finance, marketing, organizational behavior, and other important business topics.
With my education and skills, I started my career as a mechatronics engineer. I have worked for several companies over the years, designing and developing complex systems for a variety of industries. I have always been passionate about my work, and I have enjoyed every project that I have worked on.
In my free time, I like to read books and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and engineering. I also like to travel and experience new cultures and ways of life.
Looking back on my life so far, I am proud of what I have accomplished. As someone who did not have any background in engineering in my family, I am particularly proud of my achievements. I hope to continue to learn and grow as an engineer and as a person, and to make a positive impact in the world.
