On 11 August 3016, in Vocheuhiri on Venus within the United Systems of Sol, Paige struggles with anxiety and exhaustion after killing her mother, Cerberus, to prove her loyalty to the Arjian Resistance. Though her defection from Skycom Corporation has been accepted for now, she is still undergoing restricted training at Gamma Delta IV base- hidden within the Viridian Grand Resort- without direct involvement from her master, Kixi (also known as Kay Blade). Kixi secretly travels from Earth to Venus, defying the Arjian Council's orders and deceiving her fiancée, Mako Jhasmin, about her whereabouts. She arrives to see Paige despite the risks, demonstrating both recklessness and deep emotional attachment. Their reunion quickly reveals unresolved tension: Paige is stressed from training and haunted by her past, while Kixi is unapologetic about bending rules to be with her. Their conversation exposes the dangerous complexity of their relationship- master and apprentice, secret lovers, and political liabilities. Despite knowing the risks- both personal and political- they give in to intense physical desire. The encounter temporarily allows Paige to forget her guilt, stress, and uncertainty, while reinforcing the powerful hold Kixi still has over her. Afterward, Kixi receives a call from Alrai and must leave before being discovered. She insists their encounter remain secret. The two share a final intimate moment before Kixi departs, leaving Paige already longing for their next meeting. The story centres on guilt, loyalty, secrecy, forbidden desire, and the tension between duty and passion in a politically volatile future.
